Who We Are
Console Digital is a digital strategy consultancy operated by Suha Hazboun as a sole trader, trading as Console Digital.

What Data We Collect
We only collect data you actively provide to us. This includes:
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation name, and message.
- Booking: your name, email address, the date and time you book, and any notes you share about what you want to discuss.
- Pre-booking chat: the conversation you have with our AI assistant before booking. This is used to prepare for your call and is not shared with any third party.
We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioural advertising tools.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry or confirm your booking.
- To prepare for your scheduled call.
- To keep a record of client relationships for our own administration.
We do not sell, share, or pass your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database), located within the European Economic Area. We use industry-standard security practices to protect it.
Email communications are handled via Google Workspace, which complies with GDPR. Our AI chat service uses the Anthropic API — conversations are processed in real time and not retained for training.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and booking records for up to 3 years for legitimate business purposes. If you ask us to delete your data at any time, we will do so within 30 days.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to how we use your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email suha@consoledigital.co.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
